Refund policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. Returns or refunds can only be made within 30 days (extended to 90 days during Black Friday sales) from the date you received your items.
For Defective Products: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@e.firmabs.com. Please include the following in your message:

We will send you the new products and you can return the items to us. We will give you a full refund and you can return the items to us. You can keep the items and we will partially refund you. RETURN COSTS: If you choose to return the defective items, we will cover the shipping costs. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
Please note the following:
Products must be unwashed (unless there is a fading issue). We will only refund to the original payment method used. For credit cards, it may take 3-15 days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on the bank). With Paypal, it may take approximately 1 day for the refund to appear in your account. There are no service fees. You will receive a full refund. Damaged items that show signs of artificial damage will be rejected.
For non-defective products: Problem with size:
We recommend you check the size chart to find your size before ordering. If you find that the items do not fit you, please feel free to contact us.

It may be that for some reason you no longer want the items when you receive them. We understand this and accept returns. Please check the guidelines:

Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. There are no service fees, but you are responsible for return shipping costs. General return process Initiate a return: Please send us an email to support@e.firmabs.comwith photos and/or videos of the items and tell us your order number. Our customer service will check the eligibility of your return request within 24 working hours.
Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions on the shipping method and location of your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you ship your return/conversion using a shipping method that provides tracking information and a signature as we are not responsible for lost returns/conversions.
Refund or Exchange: When we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 3-15 business days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Do not return items to the address on the original packaging or the company address. Please contact support@e.firmabs.comto get the shipping address.
