Refund policy
Our return guideline applies for 30 days. Returns or reimbursements can only be carried out within 30 days (extended to 90 days during the Black Friday Sales) from the date on which you have received your items.
For defective products: For the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective article, please contact us at de@firmabs.com. Please indicate the following in your message:

We will send you the new products and you can send the items back to us. We will refund the full amount and you can send the items back to us. You can keep the articles and we partially refund you. Costs of the return: If you decide to send the defective articles back, we cover the shipping costs. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please note the following:
The products have to be unwashed (unless it is a fading problem). We only refund about the originally used payment method. With credit cards, it can take 3-15 days for the refund to be displayed on your account (depending on the bank). With PayPal, it can take about 1 day for the refund to be displayed on your account. There are no service fees. You will receive a complete refund. Damaged articles that have signs of artificial damage are rejected.
For non -defective products: Problem with size:
We recommend checking the size table before ordering to find your size. If you find that the articles do not suit you, please feel free to contact us.
Miscellaneous:
For some reason, you may no longer want the articles if you get them. We understand this and accept returns. Please check the guidelines:

General return process. Initiate Return: Please send us an email to de@firmabs.comWith photos and/or videos the article and let us know your order number. Our customer service will check the authorization for your return request within 24 hours.
Send the article back: If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions for shipping and shipping your package. (Note: Articles returned without authorization are not accepted). We recommend that you send your return/conversion to a shipping method that offers tracking information and a signature because we are not responsible for lost returns/conversions.
Reimbursement or exchange: If we receive your return/exchange, we will check the item within 3-15 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
